We accept Medicare for eligible, medically necessary services. For patients with other insurance plans, we can provide a superbill upon request for submission to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan, deductible, and out-of-network benefits and is not guaranteed.

The out of network fee for a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation or preventive brain health baseline evaluation is $2,500. Preventive baseline evaluations are offered on a self-pay basis and are generally not covered by insurance when performed solely for screening purposes in the absence of a clinical indication.

Brain health follow-up appointments may be eligible for insurance reimbursement when the services meet the requirements of the patient's plan. Coverage and reimbursement depend on the specific service and insurance benefits.
